      Invitation print design 


      Worked with the Santa Fe Opera to design multiple invitations for annual galas and opening night and weekend events. Collected feedback from multiple departments to come up with concepts, final designs, and printing material.




      The 2022 Opera season included Carmen, the passionate, fiery opera set in Southern Spain. I used this as the inspiration behind the Opening Weekend’s invitation design. The swirling, crimson imagery coupled with a bold font parallels the striking, intense nature of the opera. 




      The 2022 Gala theme was based on Tao’s artist Larry Bell’s vapor drawing, Untitled, 1979, which used thin films deposits on paper and a vacuum coating process. I wanted the design to have a transparent look, mirroring the prism effect that Bell’s work portrays.
